Yeti, Engel, Orca, Pelican, Grizzly Cooler

   The new Black plugs are finished and are for sale! They are slightly longer to get a better grip and the black powder coating looks awesome! 

   We were just made aware that the grizzly coolers have changed there plug design on there newest coolers, so our plugs will not fit the current larger diameter version. Still works on the old models however! 7/24/24

**** No more opening you cooler with a screwdriver, tree limb, keys or finger nails!! Once vacuumed shut its nearly impossible to open the cooler. Now just press the release button and shazam the lid opens effortlessly!

   The plugs are machined from 1.500 German 7075 aluminum along with our 225 psi bleeder valves. Our gasket material is 3/16 Kuriyama FDA rubber which we stamp for exact fitment. This is food grade, salt water, UV and mildew resistant. These plugs have been tried and true for a lifetime of no hassle performance. *** The color we currently have on hand are - polished aluminum!

Unfortunately the colored plugs did not meet our stringent standards and therefore we have decided to continue with the bullet proof polished aluminum only. We tried automotive base/clear, anodizing, powder coating, Cerkote, and DLC. We are still testing and when we come up with economical, resilient finish I will let you guys know! 

**** The new Yeti roadie “WITH WHEELS” has gone to their new drain plug design as well as the newer Grizzly coolers so ours WILL NOT FIT!
